The background set final pencils and...
I started to refine the pencils and drew the 1st plane building and Green Arrow.
Next step: using a light table, I defined the background set but that´s not the final pencils.
Over my Green Arrow pose, I pasted a lot references using many photos and drawings.
Third step: I used building models from Google Sketchup, turned the camera view according to layout below and put my Green Arrow sketch pose.
Then I sketched a Green Arrow pose more detailed
